MOVIE NEWS:
The latest version of The Little Mermaid Movie from Disney Pictures has already captured the attention of millions. The movie has Ariel the leading role as a Black person. Although many find it's totally marvelous it's has many undercurrents from critics as well. Dispite of the movie goers and fairy tales enthusiasits the real movie will be playing in theaters by May 26, 2003.
This new version has Halle Baily portraying Arier. The movie is a musical fanstasy directed by Rob Marshall and is based on the fairy tale by Danish Literary Author Hans Christian Anderson. Little girls, and or boys; both black and white are simply thrilled to see a black Ariel and are elated. Controvesal or not it's all great and refreshing under the sea!
