Senior Manager, US Wholesale Brand Marketing

Charged with developing integrated programs at scale to drive all segments of the business.<br /> </p><p><b>Key Results:</b></p><ul><li>Strong 360 marketing plans that drive equity, traffic and conversion for the denim brands at Value accounts, primarily inclusive of Target and Walmart</li><li>Brand governance adherence across product stories</li><li>Elevated marketing support, representing best-in-class consumer experience</li><li>Flawless execution of account programming and daily management of new opportunities</li><li>Drive category expansion for head-to-to outfitting in both men&#39;s and women&#39;s</li><li>Elevated brand experience in Value channel through digital storytelling and flawless on-floor expression</li><li>Manage and optimize marketing mix against multi-million-dollar marketing budget</li><li>Flawless coordination of Levi&#39;s, Denizen and Signature programming in partnership with internal and external key stakeholders- merchandising, on-floor</li><li>Core partner for sales and merchandising in account facing meetings and critical GTM strategy sessions. Includes partnership and presentation in sales meeting, sell-in, and market meetings for Value</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Metrics:</b></p><ul><li>Deliver AFP for Value</li><li>Optimize the Marketing Mix at accounts to deliver positive ROI</li><li>Continue to strengthen marketing relationships with accounts</li><li>Continue to drive elevated Levi&#39;s, Denizen and Signature expression via account channels</li></ul><h2>About the Job</h2><ul><li>Lead large scale, equity and sales driving, custom marketing programs in Value accounts</li><li>Understand annual and seasonal business goals and plan compelling marketing programs in support of those goals</li><li>Act as primary point of contact for Levi&#39;s, Denizen and Signature with Value account marketing teams</li><li>Present brand POV at Levi&#39;s, Denizen and Signature market week, and key planning meetings throughout the year</li><li>Understand the channel and the role in Value in the portfolio and identify new opportunities for Levi&#39;s brands to gain share (floor space, sales, marketing exposures) within the account</li><li>Coordinate compelling launch programs for new fits or key equity moments for Levi&#39;s brands within Value</li><li>Thoughtfully plan and execute strategic and compelling marketing programs leveraging all tactics for the Value accounts, including online placements and strategies, email marketing, on-floor creative elements, trial events, PR, media, demand generation, social, and engagement programs.</li><li>Brief in creative needs to USWS Content Manager with clear deliverables and timelines</li><li>Recap, review, analyze and share out learning on all marketing programs</li><li>Own budget and monthly forecasts for Value accounts<br /> </li></ul><h2>About You<br /> </h2><p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:</p><ul><li>Strong strategy experience and management of 360 integrated marketing programs</li><li>Strong ability to manage multiple programs (development and execution) simultaneously</li><li>External relationship experience required</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Attention to detail, and strong follow-up is required</li><li>Personal traits: team oriented, solution oriented, ambitious, energetic, takes initiative, has a point of view, and able to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p>Years and Type of Experience Required:</p><ul><li>8 years of work experience, channel marketing is preferred</li><li>Wholesale experience preferred</li></ul><p>Complexity and Accountability:</p><ul><li>&#43;$2M in annual Marketing budget</li></ul><p>Key partners &amp; Interaction:</p><ul><li>Internal: VP, Dir, SAE (across sales, merch, marketing)</li><li>External: Target &amp; Walmart&#43; (across buying and marketing teams)</li></ul><p>Scope:</p><ul><li>National responsibility across US Value Businesses</li><li>Strong partnership with Global Marketing team<br /> </li></ul><p>We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
