Project Manager

Our commitment gives you opportunities to impact on and off the job positively.&nbsp;</p><p>Join Our Team as a<strong> Project Manager!</strong></p><p><strong>Work arrangement:&nbsp; </strong>Hybrid (work from office at least 3 days a week)&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p>At S&amp;C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members&nbsp;and are committed to transparency in our pay practices.&nbsp;The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $87990 - $116578. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training.&nbsp;</p><p>This position may also be eligible for S&amp;C’s annual incentive plan (AIP). AIP amounts are variable and are dependent on both company and individual performance, subject to eligibility criteria. The target bonus percentage for this role is 10% of annual base earnings.</p><p>This position requires in-depth knowledge of project management fundamentals and a demonstrated track record of successful project execution. The Project Manager is responsible for leading, directing, and coordinating the efforts of the project team to plan and execute medium - large scale and complex engineering and manufacture projects and programs in strict accordance with customer requirements and business objectives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Define project scope and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.</li><li>Prepare project financial forecasts, monitor and control project financials with regular reports to leadership.</li><li>Manage project scope, schedule and cost with little or no supervision.</li><li>Create and maintain project deliverables, plan and coordinate completion with the project team to meet desired stage gates.</li><li>Plan the technical design approach. Lead the preparation of design and work specifications.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams and other stakeholders through regular team meetings and ensure alignment and mitigate risks as they arise.</li><li>Monitor and report on project cost metrics.</li><li>Manage communication of project status to all stakeholders.</li><li>Participate in process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Conduct daily stand-up meetings for Sprints.</li><li>Conduct backlog meetings for sprints and communicate sprint results.</li><li>Coordinate Steering Committee / Task Force meetings and provide minutes and track action items.</li><li>Other duties as required.</li></ul><p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>BS/BA degree and/or specific degree in project management, business management, technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.</li><li>PMP OR Prince2 certification is required.</li><li>4+ year of project supervision or project management experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with engineering projects and technology transfer projects is an asset.</li><li>Excellent project management skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence project stakeholders.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to perform process mapping and identification of critical path and tasks.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Effort:</strong></p><p>Normal or frequent minor physical effort required for the day-to-day activity in the workplace.
