A extremly bizarre murder trial was held this week in the case of a man who was accused of murder of daughter's mother back in 2008. James Hawkins was accused in the stabbing death of Charlene Gaither. Hawkins is on trial in the stabbing death of the woman in front of their daughter and later forced the daughter to assist him in sawing her body in to multiple pieces and placing her in a bag to expose of any evidence. Hawkins claimed as his defense that it was the daughter that killed her mother, but the daughter testified that she only witnessed the murder and was forced to aid him in sawing the remains. Gruesome testimony unfolded as jurors saw bloody photos of evidence. The trial wrapped up with the prosecution attorneys on Friday, June 10, 2011 but the jury finds him guilty and he will face the death penalty. The case will determine his extreme decision to go free or to be put to death. Other clues unfolded that the daughter was a victim of child s*xual abuse by her father and the daughter 12 years old at the time of the murder miscarriaged the day before her mother's murder. However, tests confirmed her miscarriage was by a boy at her middle school and not her father.
It is quite bizarre...extreme too!

Shelters in Memphis are filling up fast as the homeless are combatting to find places to keep cool. June started out with a heat wave that's lasted over two weeks with June 1st making a debut of 95 degrees. The heat wave has sent the homeless scrambling for shelters that can provide some aid from the heat. The Memphis Union Mission provides 120 beds for the homeless but on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 more than 160 homeless or displaced persons showed up for shelter from the heat wave. The mission there are asking donors to donate personal items such as toothpaste, soap and personal hygiene supplies along with non perishable food items and clothing. In addition, Memphis has experieced one death during the heat wave of an 88 year citizen. Mayor A.C. Wharton has encouraged all Memphians to be nosey and check on those without air-conditioning or fans to help keep cool.
The heat has been extreme and that's hot!!!

The Ira Samuelson Jr. Boys and Girls club was invaded by theives on June 09, 2011 as they broke into the center and raided away with more than 30 computers and other properties of the center. The center provides students and the community with a safe place they can use computers for homework and or general use. Many in the communtity do not own a home computer uses the center's computers. However, through the extreme terriorism of the center's raid help arrived the next day through a program called Connected Tennessee which heard of the center's invasion and graced with the replacement of 40 brand new computers. Students who use the center were distraught as to how thieves hurt them by stealing, expecially when they are trying to better themselves and having the center to give such a rewarding gift of technology at hand. The Theives have not yet been identified. They said it's shame that theives do harm to those trying to make it a better life for themselves.
OKay....I'm reaching back for something extreme here...it's called a switch!
I need to tear up some BUTT to the EXTREME! Those extreme butt whippings did hurt ...but they sure are some of the extreme reasons for a lot of good citizens...

If you've guessed the word was Zebra you've got that extremely right...
But what's so extreme!
A pack of zebras escaped from their shelter in Haywood, Tennesse and went brazing out on the countryside. Many in the small rural community were surprised as they drove by and saw zebras in what seemed to be like looking like an African saffari! The owners of the zebras said they escaped from their fenced gate and got loose. He's be charged with failure to contain wild animals. Meanwhile, a few local extreme zebra cowboys and the sheriff department are making plans to do a round-up to get them back contained. One zebra was captured, and did an amazing extreme delivery of a calf while on her adventure to explore.
That's extreme...a ZEBRA COWBOY... lOL!
Zebras! WOW! I'd think that's an extremely odd story...especially since they seemed so extremely away from Africa!!
Has this been an "extreme" read or what?
But I have to take an extreme exit..
