WE USE TO GO TO TEMPLES UNTIL THE HEAD PRIEST WENT ROGUE AND DECIDED WE HAD TO COME TO HIM AS OUR DOOR WAY TO BECOMING ABLE TO REACH BUDDHAHOOD...WE SAID NO AS OUR POWER COMES FROM WITHIN US AND NOT FROM ANY ONE ELSE...EXAMPLE, IF THE PREIST EAT AND i DON'T EAT THEN i AM STILL HUNGRY...OR JUST COMMON SENSE ALONG WITH THE FACT THAT i WOULD STARVE TO DEATH IF i DID NOT DO THIS FOR MY OWN SELF NO MATTER HOW HARD THE PREIST PRAYED. lol...

AND, SOMETHING i SO LOVE ABOUT THIS PRAACTICE THAN WHEN i WAS caTHOLIC...AS cATHOLIC WHEN i WOULD ASK QUESTIONS IT WAS BECAUSE i DID NOT HAVE STRONG ENOUGH FAITH...IN MY PRACTICE NOW IT IS WITH THE ATITUDE OF NO ONE KNOWS EVERY THING SO NEVER STOP ASKING QUESTIONS AND LEARNING ALL THAT I CAN EVEN IF I DISAGREE WITH IT OR DON'T LIKE IT LEARNING IS WHAT IS IMPORTANT...(SMILE)

Thethree poisons of greed, anger and foolishness:the fundamental evils inherent inlife tht gives rise to human suffering.called poisonsand are regarded as the source of all illusions and earthly desires. they pollute people's lives and work to prevent them from turning their hearts and minds to goodness.

And, like any thing else if it is causing you to be unhappy then get it out of your life...it is all up to you to do this as it is a part of your own life, not mine...I keep a problem only if it is not a 'problem' and as soon as it is then it has to go, like yesterday. lol (smile)

The three poisons was the main part of out montly study today...someting written over 2,000 years ago related to the invasions coming into Japan and can actually say it is the same thing going on in our country today.The calamities that are always the results of GREED, FOOLISHNESS AND ANGER...

1. ANGER RESULTS IN WAR...WE JAVE BEEN AT WAR FOR 10 YEARS NOW.
2. GREED : CAUSES FAMINE...TOO MANY CHILDREN ARE GOING TO BED EACH NIGHT HUNGRY
3. FOOLISHNESS : CAUSES PESTILENCE...HVE WE NOW THROWN MOTHER OFF BALANCE BY POLLUTING OR ARE WE STILL NOT HAVING A MAJOR, MAJOR CHANGE IN TEH WEATHER AS WE KNOW IT???????????

HOW CAN WE BE SEEKING PEACE AND STABILITY?!? (NUP)

Thanks for stopping by MIISRAEL...and, it is too bad that Jamal left the site still believing I worshiped a Buddha statue...Buddha was a man, a human being with flesh and blood like the rest of us...but it is much easier to have someone to take the blame or to fault when things don't go right for us...but, I am still learning myself how to respect all of my fellow humans. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO (smile)

example, "I" am still upset at that remark about maybe MIISRAEL should work up some kind of prayer spell...but it is human behaviors...so I just put it into the trying to survive catagory...
