His messages were Congress go on vacation at your own risk...Health care jobs can not be exported therefore our Congress nor Supreme Court will allow these workers to recieve living wages that would allow them to get out of the food stamp rolls, he, has used his executive powers to do this, because his job is to protect Americans, period!!!! (smile)
