Nice insight !!
Jen even at real funerals the repass will have fried chicken served! I think moderation and balanced diets are best for overall health along with moderate exercise. 3 meals a day a snack can improve healthy eating habits. I'm all for eating more vegetables and fruits and not just fried meats..sometimes I omit meat from the plate altogether. Believe me; vegetables makes me feel very full. When I decided to improve healthy eating only then did I they reap the bounty benefits that lead to a possible longer life. I must of course, never omit spirtual food which is the very essence of life for me. I gorge on taking in Spirit to the fullest extent!!
