Southaven citizens filled their small court house on Monday, 02.09.2012 in hopes to having their mayor listen to their call to have him resign. The mayor has been indicted on spending the city’s money on personal dining and exclusive personal parties. The mayor of the town is pending investigations presently and has been audited by the FBI for mishandling and abusing the city’s public funds. Mayor Davis has repaid some of the funds, but is unable to neither reproach some of the funds against his credit nor produce receipts of many suspicious payments including those from expensive dining and traveling. The town hall meeting didn’t really work to the advantage of the people since many of them were in a crowded area where they were not able to hear what was being said or expressed in questions or requests from the citizens. Soon, the crowded room citizens were asked the leave without ever getting backstage to see or even hear the meetings issues. Davis has continually conformed that he will not resign his position of mayor. Disruptions from the citizens shouting “We can’t hear!” caused the town meeting to discontinue. Another town meeting has not been planned.
If only they could have been Backstage…hardly anyone ever shouts.. “We can’t hear!”

183 PARDONS STAND ON

Hearings with Mississippi lawyers were held in proceedings to have pardons overturned from the recent ones given before the resignation of Ex-Governor Haley Barbour. Plans are to have the Supreme Court consider at least 10 pardons unconstitutional because of the way the pardons were handled and its following procedures which were illegal. Out of the 215 pardons, 4 being those of convicted murderers are under question as being able to legally deserving the pardons. Those who have contested says the ex-governor has the rights of the people and the people are questioning if the pardons followed correct procedures beforehand backstage before he signed releases certain questionable prisoners to be pardoned. As for the legal authority, the lawyers are considering the pardons be re-examined and that certain prisoners not be allowed to be set free.
What’s backstage in those pardons?
As for some of those pardoned they might get a Backstage pass back to finish out a prison term.

Hundreds of filers with MO’ Money Tax Services were in an outrage to wanting to have their rapid filing checks ready, but only to discover their checks weren’t ready. The somewhat irate filers complained they had been waiting patiently for their checks only to discover they were held back and not available. Markey Grandberry, co-owner of the Mo’ Money Tax Services said in confidence there was nothing to worry about and that the banks were having trouble processing the refund checks. Because of the many complaints a Federal investigation from Tennessee Representative Steve Cohen has been launched to find out if there is any thing going on Backstage. The Norfolk, VA locations is also experiencing similar problems, and it has been discovered that refund and filing fees are slightly higher to their customers some totaling over $1,000. Granberry said that the fees may be slightly higher, but the do offer an excellent and trustworthy service. However, no files of complaints have been publicly charged with the Memphis locations of Mo’ Money, but they may also be some undercurrents Backstage with the BBC as to rating the company’s performance. Many of their customers said they would file with them again next year, and in general they were only growing impatient with having their checks ready for pick up at the time they were told.

During a reunion concert of the New Edition, Bobby Brown ex-husband of Whitney Houston decided to continue with the scheduled performance. While performing Bobby could no longer control his emotions broke down in his song to a the sell out crowd coping with Whitney’s death. He shared with the crowd of his love and support for them and for New Edition. No longer to continue his act he being overwhelmed with grief left and went Backstage where he wept over her passing. This was one of the first concerts of New Edition reunion tour. Fans were supportive as they played one of Whitney’s song and sang along. Shortly after, the concert ended. Almost 7,500 fans filled the concert arena.
Brown and Houston ended their marriage in 2007.
