Hilary has been going thru some health trials. I pray her absolute health tip top again! Just watched a news update; she may be going home and back to recovery after the blood clots. Thanks great!

Since I have this same issue I can relate. When I was hospitalized I was on Heparin IV for a week while they figured out the correct dose of Warfarin. They start the Warfarin at a low dose and then work up until the INR is in the desired range.
