Anyway carrying weight or da junk in da trunk is healthier but in the case of Mikel, I think she'll need Total Knee and hip replacements at some point if not now. She's in a bit of denial though. She's not totally healthy when she's constantly carrying around that amount of weight on her small joints. She has to lose weight before they could do hip or knee replacements!
