Black Teens & Pregnancy: Are Today’s Facts Better Or Worse? (793 hits)


About one million teenagers become pregnant each year in the United States, accounting for 13% of all U.S. births. While teen pregnancy rates have declined, black teens are still two to three times more likely than white teens to become pregnant. Yes, progress has been made, but there needs to be a continued focus on the overall reproductive and mental health needs of today’s young black women.

The main issue is encouraging better marriages and lower the amount of single-headed female households. When Baby Gurl grows up the boyzs better watch what I will do to them and if they don't come correct to her. If a strong male prescence is available teen boys will tend to be responsible and of course me and Janelle will give her the breakdowns on avoiding pregnancy until she gets married.

I will be direct with her boyfriend(s) too.... none of that soft politically correct **** either.

He will know that I mean business and baby gurl too!
