The antics of Leroy Brown and Cora Simmons hits home for a lot of us real folk in many ways. Just like any of the rest of us would have to, real-life couple David and Tamela Mann, who play Leroy and Cora, respectively, have had to readjust their lives in order to deal with the news of David being diagnosed with diabetes.
