Commentary: MARCH ON WASHINGTON 50 YEARS CELEBRATION
During the years of life after the March on Washington I've found that many who marched are enthustastic to have the dream and the Dreamer Dr. King as an impact in the inspiration of their lives. Then, I have also heard in other voices that the march is futile and is useless. The famous speech given by Dr. Martin Luther King 50 years gone by--wanted a dream of love, and equality for every race of men wherby the whole world was given a univeral message; and also a divine one of living in unity wanting a better world for every humankind. This also is the vision of a man who showed his compassionate heart of the faith. Many words are written of the famous speech, and lives have also been altered. As with anyone who has heard of Martin's I Have a Dream speech may ponder if his dream will...... "One Day" all come true.
But has the dream awakened us?
