Latest Halloween dress is not just masks anymore. That's because many of the latest costumes have and are going with tech. You can find the neon lighted ghosts, the gory heart opening cavity of chest and the frightening but every liked pumpkins filling rooftops with rows after rows of pumpkin lanterns brightening up the night with also neon lights.
