As part of her special “Halloween Fit for a Queen” episode, airing Thursday, October 31, Latifah pays homage to queens across time, including Nefertiti, Queen Elizabeth and the one and only “Queen of Talk” – Oprah; she dressed up as Oprah Winfrey and surprised her Halloween show audience by giving everyone a new TOY car! ((LOL))
