Alarm!
An old satellite that sleeps will awake for a continued mission in its space sent purpose. The satelite Rosetta has been shut off for about two and half years will be turned back on for a wake up to be used to attach to Philae a space probe onto a moving comet. The mission is to gather data and pictures of a comet in motion which Philae will be attached by July 2014. The expedition of wake will take Rosetta several weeks to get back at top speed to make sure its computers are operational will pass its undergoing testing. Scheduled turn on time is 4:00 p.m. EST on January 20, 2014. Waking up Rosetta will also send valuable information to scientists when Philae is attached to send data back to Rosetta, then to earth.
