Cholitas is taking the swag of the culture as women dress in colorful balloon like skirts called cholas with scarfs and underskirts with the swing swag underneath and to top it all off is the Bowler hat tall and round to give the distinction of culture. Cholas is from the Spanish word which means mixed race. However, through many trials of its culture Cholitas women were not allow fair opportunities in their country. The swag look is breaking through as so is the final recognition of it's fairest maids.
