According to a recent report and prediction by climate scientist Tim Barrett at the Scripps Institute of Oceanography the next 20 years will see the city of Las Vegas being all dried up when it comes to water supplies. Barrett has given the indication by monitoring the slow water drainage of Lake Mead. The lake is beginning to show signs of drying up and eventually totally gone. Presently. Lake Mead has been draining due to what scientists call "straws". These small water drawing veins siphoned water bodies bone dry by slowly draining the water out to other places. The situation is showing that this action of straws are draining Lake Mead which serves as Las Vegas most gainfully water supply. Barrett contends that the process will eventually dry the lake to a crust. Barrett said ; "The situation is bad as you can imagine..." The lake is inevitable to go which means the city of known as Las Vegas will be history and a ghost town.
Lake Mead is drying up, which means there will be NO MORE WATER FOR LAS VEGAS.
No water in the Lake Mead.
