Each year Portugal host it's Lumina Lights Festival for all to see. This event brings artists, lights, and animation with decors of lights in the skies and on the buildings. The 2014 year was set with many artists displaying their talents in every lighted way. Get a glimpse of the City of Cascias on video link provided belong. It's a quick escape into lights! The Festival ran from September 12-14, 2014.
