The International Photography Award has awarded "Living on a Dollar A Day" a photo book written by Thomas A Nazario and photographer Renee' C. Byer it's 2014 winner. The book features incredible photos of poverty lives. The book has 348 pages with 200 photographs of hearttouching moments of the cry of the poor and those suffering in poverty. Statistics state that one in six people in the world live below poverty on at least; or less than $1.00 a day. In addition to the award winning book's photograpsh are pages which are helpful organizations and grass roots of people that focus in ways to help eliminate the situation of poverty and world hunger.
Byer was named the 1st place winner in her submission of the photos in the documentary photo book. Her work was highly notable expressions of captured moments in pictures of the poor.
