The Mayor's Commission on Aging is where our goal is to serve the seniors in the city of Philadelphia with programs and information to enhance their quality of life. In order to qualify, you must be a resident of Philadelphia. This program provides learning how to navigate through the job search engines and gateways with computer literacy skill sets and a comprehensive use of "Outlook" and "eMail" Internet sources; assisting job seekers in the development of resumes' and cover letters; providing sufficient formal and/or informal training that provides the candidate the ability to read and write at a level consistent with the requirements of the targeted career position; matching job skills with the applicant(s) pertinent qualifications.
