Many of us celebrate "Memorial Day" for a plethora of reasons...mainly to celebrate and pay tribute to those fallen and missing Men and Women of the "Armed Services!"

Many definitions describe what many of us feel and/or demonstrate for or on the holiday designated thusly. How many words and/or definitions exist in this, our bold description of servicemen and servicewomen? Like you, I and members of my particular family share fond memories of our treasured loved ones who have served; those who have passed on and those among the living. My "Memorium/Memorialization" begins with my beloved and deeply missed 'Grandfather,' "Mr. Ernest (Buster) Boulware, Sr."

"Our Family Veterans!"
“Hey y’all, wake up…get up!” “I’m here!”

That was the 4:30 a.m. and/or 5:30 wakeup call to arms by my/our Grandfather every time he came to town from New Haven, Connecticut; we loved that cadence! “Ernest (Buster) Boulware”, formerly of 142 Cedar Hill Avenue, New Haven, Connecticut 06511, was the love of my life!

Two of my sons' (my eldest son and the one in the middle, of three) significant others were in the Army - the mothers of my

"On this and every “Veterans Day”, I pay homage to him and all of the Veterans that are members and distant members of our family…”Boulware”, “Butler”, “Coulter”, “Henderson”, and “McCoy!” I celebrate the Veterans of all families as well!

"A Slap In The Face, On This Day; One of Our Most Sacred Days - Memorial Day!"
For Democrats, GOP filibuster of Jan. 6 commission raises a haunting question
“This is just the final nail in the coffin of the Republicans completely selling their soul to Donald Trump and his perceived base,” said Jim Messina, a former campaign manager and White House aide for ex-President Barack Obama. The two parties can’t even agree to inquire about a violent attack on the U.S. Capitol that endangered their lives, what hope is there for bipartisanship on ideologically contentious issues?
